Hello Mark robert, I sent a question to Jeremy there was one month but he never replie to it, why ? Is he in travel or... ??? Thanks and i've got just one question about english language, what is "once, twice and i don't know the others" Can you explain me like you are american

Jeremy is out of town working on a new film so it is hard for him to answer questions right now. He will be back near the end of September.
I'm not sure what the expression you asked about means exactly.
