Just got an InterAction post from Jeremy and it is now up on the website. Here is a direct link to his InterAction page:
And here is what he had to say:
During the filming of a surf scene last week, I slipped off my surf board and slammed my knee into the reef. The leash to my surf board got caught on the coral and I was held under water for about 45 seconds. I was able to finally get away and swim to the surface but my knee hurt so I had to have an MRI on it to see if I had torn anything. Fortunately it was only bruised and I didn't miss any filming. Everyone took a day off as the location was evacuated due to the potential tsunami. We drove up into the hills and waited it out. Now we've returned and everything is back to normal. We were filming again today, it's good to be back in the water! I have about another ten days of filming before I wrap. I'll have some pictures of the trip when I return to LA.
Glad it was only a bruise and that he was not caught underwater for very long. That is kind of scary. I'm also very happy that they were all able to get to safety during the tsunami and are able to get back to filming so quickly. And that's really cool that his parents got to come along.
