Hello Everyone:

This year has certainly gone by quickly.

I'm out of town but I wanted to tell you about a wonderful charity called the Ready Or Not Foundation (www.readyornotfoundation.org) which raises funds for pediatric brain cancer research at the Texas Children's Cancer Center. I was fortunate to visit the cancer center in Houston last week. There are pictures on my official myspace. I'll have more to say about this organization after the holidays.

I hope everyone has a great holiday. Stay warm!

Hi Everyone:

Just a quick update to let you know that we have wrapped the 13 episodes of "Friday Night Lights." I wasn't able to stay for the wrap party. What a great show to work on! It was a very relaxed, but hard working set. All of the actors were down to earth. FNL was quite a physical show which I certainly loved. Being able to combine acting and sports is the best.

I was fortunate to have two brilliant actors playing my parents, DW Moffett and Janine Turner. I can't say how much I enjoyed working with them.

I hope you are able to watch the show on DirecTV. If not, it will be airing on NBC early next year. Please watch and support the show. I was really proud to be part of FNL

This week is the Thanksgiving holiday in the US and I hope everyone has a happy holiday. I'm going to take a couple of weeks off for vacation.

I should know in the next month or two if I will be shooting a film in Australia in the spring of 2009.

Thanks to everyone who has joined my MySpace. I'll try to catch up on the questions soon. I hope everyone has a happy holiday season.

Hello Everyone:

I'm back in Los Angeles for a bit. We've filmed seven episodes of Friday Night Lights. It looks like I'll be in the remaining six. I'm having a great time working on the show. The cast is fun to work with, the producers are great, the crowds are a blast. Hopefully some of you are able to watch the show on DirecTV, if not you'll have to wait for the NBC airings.

A few weeks ago I recorded a narration for a short film for the United Way.

I've made a small investment in the Rochester Red Wings and will try to get back to New York next year to catch some of their games. That's all for now, I'm off to the beach to surf.

Hi Everyone:

I'm back in Los Angeles after shooting two episodes of "Friday Night Lights." I love the show, everyone on the set is amazing and really down to earth. I have a lot of new friends and look forward to shooting additional episodes.

I'm also happy to be back in my car driving around Los Angeles. I've been relaxing, playing golf with my dad, and going to Disneyland with Alyssa.

Yesterday I got a new dog, a French bulldog. I may name it Wilbur aka Wil or I may come up with something else. I hope everyone had a great summer.

Hi Everyone:

There is not a lot going on right now. Since there is the possibility of a Screen Actors Guild strike, it is delaying a lot of projects.

"Prep School" has been moved to later in the year and the Australian movie has been moved to early next year. There are a few other films that I am looking at, but it is going to be a quiet summer.

I bought a new black Mustang GT so I'm spending most of my time in my car. I haven't been surfing for awhile so I'm trying to get back into that. That's pretty much all there is to say right now during this slow period.

Hey Everyone:

I've been waiting to see if "Prep School" will start in July. I'm also considering a few other scripts that look interesting. Other than going to Florida for a friend's wedding that was held at Mar-A-Lago, I've just been playing a lot of golf and basketball. As soon as I know more about "Prep School" or "Word of Mouth" or the Australian movie, I'll let you know. Hope you have a great summer.

Hey Everyone:

It’s been a busy 2008 for me. I spent my birthday at Universal CityWalk where I did the indoor skydiving twice and then had a quiet dinner at the Hard Rock. Now that the writer’s strike is over, things have been getting busy. I’ve been reading a lot of good scripts and am considering some new project.

“Prep School” looks like it will be delayed a bit so that may push “Word Of Mouth” to summer. I hope to have some more news soon on the movies.

I’ve also been doing some work on One Village, One World. They have some exciting programs that will begin soon.

I appreciate everyone who has sent letters and I try to answer as many as I can.
